RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. REFUNDS:
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
THE COURIER MUST BE PRESENT UPON RETURN.
THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED.YOU MUST PRESENT THE INVOICE OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED.
2. EXCHANGES:
EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE SIZE AND YOUR DESIRED SIZE IS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL SEND THE COURIER WITH YOUR NEW SIZE.
3. ON-THE-SPOT RETURNS:
ONCE THE ORDER ARRIVES, YOU CAN TRY IT ON THE SPOT. IF YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED, YOU MAY RETURN THE PACKAGE AND SIMPLY PAY FOR THE SHIPPING FEES.
